Anthony's Brown Rice Flour, 5 lb, Gluten Free, Non GMO, Product of USA, Vegan

This is an excellent gluten free product. I use it to make my own GF flour mix as I've a sensitivity to tapioca. 1 cup white rice flour, 1 cup brown rice flour (this one!), 1/2 cup corn starch, 1/2 cup potato starch, 3/4 tsp xanthan gum. I find it works great as a 1:1 replacement for all purpose flour.

Excellent quality, as always! This is the only brand I trust for my sourdough starters. I can always trust that the texture will be smooth, and the gluten free flour is completely safe for me as someone who is very sensitive to any contamination. The bag seals easily, which helps keep the product extra fresh.

I am buying this flour to cook bread. I love the result!

This flour is great to make a GF sourdough starter with. The picture is day 4 of my starter, and it already has some good bubbles. I do recommend this if you want to make a GF sourdough starter. I am using 1/4 cup of the flour + 1/8 cup of filtered water. Feeding it once or tejce day and discarding 1/4 each time I “feed” it.

I ordered Anthony's Brown Rice flour for use in baking and making some sauces (I usually prefer corn starch but have been trying to branch out). This is a nicely milled, fine flour that mixes well in my recipes - it is the main component of a sourdough bread mix that I use and the bread turned out nicely with a good flavor. My sole complaint is that the resealable zipper top did not seal. The top of the bag is closed and it arrived intact, however the inner zipper seal was open and would not close. I ended up putting the remaining flour in a gallon ziploc bag. So if you have a ziploc bag handy when you order this, you're fine.4 stars for good quality flour.

I've used this brand for years, and being extremely sensitive to gluten (soy and also milk protein), I like this product because I tolerate it just fine. I use it as the basis for pancakes and waffles or anytime a recipe calls for almond flour.
