Very good for perfect and are all I hoped for

Very disappointed. Item is not heavy weight all all. Wore under stratus pants at 5 degrees & was a little cool. Pants have been unbelievably warm so was hoping these would make the difference at zero. Ordered the minus 33 degree brand of heavy duty merino wool today cause the weight of that item is more. Will update when I get them & wear them. This is the 1st Sitka item I’ve been disappointed & I have about 10 items from Sitka that I love. Just an average pair of long Johns. Update- I bought the -33 pants & they are twice as heavy as these but were sized small, just order up a size on -33. $50 cheaper!

Use only for hunting. Great base layer. New sitka user and I'm still figuring out the layering system. I've read it's good to use a merino light core under the heavy as well so I'll be trying that soon. I have a half mile hike to my stand and I sweat. After venting heat through my jacket and bibs, thr merino core wicks the moisture very well and I stay warm for all day sits.

Good product. Very warm but that’s why to cost more than synthetic.

Very warm and comfortable. All of their products are expensive but are worth every penny.
