It added the curls but my hair felt hard after it dried. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product - nozzle/spray is trash *by A***Y on March 18, 2019* I'll start this review by explaining why it's not 5 stars from me even though the product itself is fabulous - the spray nozzle is garbage to have paired with a thicker liquid that it's supposed to spray out. I've gone through 3 bottles of this stuff now and each one gets gummed up and clogged before I'm more than 1/3 of the way through a bottle. Really bad design choice, either choose a dropper bottle or a closed lid with a hole that dispenses small amounts of liquid with a tap/shake like some liquid face toners use but a spray nozzle (or at least one this crappy) is no good. I should not have to decant this from it's original bottle into a dropper bottle so I can use it all.Now, aside from the bad design of the top, the product itself is stellar. My hair is about 2c/3a, on the average leaning thick side, and it's short (pixie cut). My hair tolerates most "heavy" products but can't handle stuff like Cantu level heavy without being weighed down. As a curl refresher this is too heavy most days, but as a leave-in conditioner when I'm feeling a little lazy post-shower, or as a smoothing lotion, it works really well for me while also helping me keep moisture in my hair. It helps enhance my curls a little but doesn't really cause any excess frizzing (I always have a little normally).
