Does the warranty cover replacement of wheels?

Don't bother - their warranty is useless because they absolutely will not respond to a request for repair or replacement. Avoid this brand unless you're looking for throwaway luggage to put in a landfill.

Is this an allowed carry on for American Airlines?

Yes, I used it on American to go to Italy in May 2019

I would need the dimensions to be no more than 21"x13"x9" to travel on airfrance. I am wondering what the dimensions are, including the wheels?

Product description says "20"x13"x9" weighs 7.3 lbs.

Does mentioned product dimensions includes wheels and handles?

Yes, it includes wheels and handle.
