Nice big brim, use it here in Oklahoma when fishing and mowing the yard.

Hat is as deceived. Color is exactly like pictured, a dark tan/khaki base camo pattern. Worn last weekend in both slight rain and sunny conditions at around the mid-70’s temp most of the day. Kept my head and shoulders dry and let it air dry in hotel that night. Perfectly dry the next day. On sunnier day, perfect amount of shade. I think on hotter days it’ll get much warmer under the lid. There are a few vents so will have to see how well it lets heat out. Can’t speak to the durability of the adjustable chin cord/strap if it gets windy and how the wide brim will act or fold up/down. Very happy with the purchase, value, color, and usefulness. Rolls up into the size of a blender bottle and brim creases can be massaged out easily.

Excellent Wide Brim Sun Hat

This is the 3rd one I bought, I have one away to my neighbor and she loves it as well. The large brim makes the difference for me when is super sunny or the sun is low. Will recommended! Not stylish, but practical :)

The truth is.. That sun isnt nice. It does a number on your skin and if you dont watch yourself? It can get bad. I have seen 3rd degree burns that i wouldn't ever expect to see on anyone. Keeping yourself covered from the harmful rays is better. If people talk about how goofy you look? They wont understand til they are hurting abd your fine. To me? Thats fine. Say what they may. Im not suffering and they can talk all they want.

It is both cotton and polyester making it feel natural. For its size it is not heavy. The brim holds fast without sagging. You can use it both as a sun hat and rain hat. I did cover the top with scotch guard. I definitely would purchase again. I like the camo design.

My husband is a regular sized guy. His head is on the small size for a man and this hat was too small. It should be advertised as a woman's hat, as a small adult size. Too small for a medium or large male.
