A: They are crunchy.  To make them soft, you have to put ice cream on them, wrap them and let them sit overnight in the freezer.  Then they become soft like the ones in the store.

**Q: are these going to be package so they to not break   if not will i get mt money back ?**
A: Most of ours broke. No, I didn't get my money back.

**Q: Are these cookies crunchy?**
A: Yes, very crunchie.  Not soft like a prepackaged ice cream sandwich.  They might get softer if you put in the ice cream and store them in the freezer for a while.
