The batteries are good so far, to early to report on how long they will last, so far so good.

Purchased these for my old 12v sds which used to use the old nicad batteries. As the drill was still awesome I didn't want to throw it away.So purchased a pair of these batteries. On 1st inspection they look like the old nicad but are actually nimh ones.Plugged one into my drill & was a little loose & the clip on the bottom of the drill which holds the battery in snug was loose also.It had some charge in it which was good , so I plugged the othet into charge but was flashing that their was a fault with it as it didn't fit snug in the charger. I took the otber & put tbat in the charger & tbat started to charge ok.It didn't take long to charge it up which was a little worrying.I ran the other battery down & attempted to charge it again.This time it started OK but again was charged after about 10mins which usually takes about 40mins!Having used these batteries a few months now I'm very disappointed in so far as the charge life is really poor. In usage they dont last more than about 20 minutes of usage drilling 6mm holes in standard brickwork. No more than the old ones I have.So all in all I would not be buying these again & has given me a lesson never to buy non manufacturers brand again.Spend your money on the real McCoy. If however you want to continually charge your batteries every 20mins then buy these.
