As long as you size up pacifiers like suggested the size of the actual pacifier and the bulb are perfect and do not worry me about baby being able to fit the pacifier in their mouth wrong. Very Safe! I have had a handful get water into the bulb that I've had to throw away. But I figure it's just a flaw after so much use. I just throw the ones away that hold water and order new ones.
