i was sent the wrong ink, not 962 but 952 how do i return the 962

I was also sent the wrong ink, I got the 962 instead of the 952 ! I opened the package, though! If you have not sent yours in yet, would you want to trade?

My printer is 9010 but its from the Latin America region that uses 964 will this still work?

Yes, in theory the cartridge will work in your printer. I emphasize 'in theory' because my ordered cartridge came without printer ink. It was new - but never filled. Be safe, and, good luck.

Is this compatible with hp officejet pro 9015e?

I know this is compatible with the hp 9010 series.

Hello, will this cartridge work with 9012e? it doesn't say, just 9012 plain So I'm not sure to buy it. even though is the same cartridge #

My printer is a 9015e and the cartridge #962 works just fine.
