Pnrskter Heel Protectors, 3 Pairs Gel Heel Cups

These have done my son the world of good. He plays alot of football and was finding that he kept getting a shooting pain from his heel up his ankle. We are currently waiting on a physio appointment but was recommended to try these in the mean time. He has been using them for a couple of months and has seen a great improvement with his pain relief. It definitely gives him a more gentle impact and they stay put while running around. Definitely worth the money.

Liked the product but had trouble wearing them, getting them to lie flat was difficult and my skin reacted to the rubber/silicone? Left me with a rash but I found them comfortable.

Bought these as I’ve started exercising and kept getting heel blisters no matter what shoes I wore. These are great at stopping the blisters on the back of my heels, but they created blisters at the bottom of my foot instead now where the edge of the cup rubs against the bottom of my foot! Gutted as I don’t know what else to use to stop blisters!

So I’ve decided to get fit, take up running, lose weight…feel great and all that… Loosely translated that means I’m spending most of my time hobbling around the house trying to walk from one place to another like an old man! Running is hard, especially where I live where it’s quite steep uphill through the woods, then across and down the other side. It’s hard on your heels, your knees.. everything really. But I feel great about it. The downside is that my heels have taken a battering! Blisters, bits of skin missing, general pain from the backs of my trainers. So I tried different trainers and the problem moved. I’ve quite pronounced heels apparently caused by bad fitting shoes when I was a kid. Anyhow, I generally wear the backs out of all the trainers very quickly and it’s painful. So after some Googling I found these things… What a difference! I’ve broken out a new pair of trainers, and been wearing these for my runs. I’m out at 6:30 am in the dark, through the woods and they feel super solid at the back. The thick silicone is like an extra layer that eases the rubbing and blistering at the back. I do 6 miles a day running, and I’ve done it every day (bar 1 when I went biking) for about 3 weeks or so. I’ve used these for a week (the same pair have lasted just fine so far) and the pain has eased so much. There’s a minor downside, and that is when you get a bit sweaty there’s a bit of resulting movement between these and your skin which causes minor blisters, but nothing in comparison to without. To be sure, I went for a run today without them and I can 100% say they are miles better with, certainly for me. Definitely recommended.

I had severe blistering on my heels and the hospital removed the blistered skin and dressed the heels. I bought these to keep the dressings in place whilst sleeping at night and during the day when I didn't wear socks. They worked wonderfully at keeping the dressings in place and provided some cushioning to help keep the heels comfortable. They're made of very soft silicone and are very stretchy so fit my size 13 feet easily. They claim to be breathable but, for me, there was a lot of heel sweating which meant changing dressings more often than usual.

Do not buy these heel cups, they are useless. They will automatically roll over to ankle. Do not get deceived by seller showing the cups on beautiful lady legs. It is sham. Once they kept on rolling over to ankle as was written on their packaging that we will do everything to help you, so if you have any problem please write to us. This was also a lie, once I wrote to to them, they very briefly suggested to wear socks, first I asked I have constant pain in heels, who can I wear socks 24//7? I received no reply, they knew the problem with their heel cups. Anyway for going to walk in morning , I tried to wear socks while wearing heel cups, what happened was worst, the socks roll them over to more than ankle. Since then, they are lying without any use. Please give the money to some charity not to this seller, who has tried to make cups with minimum gel or whatever the material in order to safe money but wasting money of customer.

A good idea, but item is flawed by the poor joint across the top of the sleeve, as the join is very suspect & every one I have used has torn across this seam, rendering wearing the sleeve as pointless. Each one has lasted about 2 days before tearing across the top...& been binned. Not a great product either, pain has not eased....think I'll stick with rolling the frozen water bottle under my foot....

These are good at protecting your heel when you’re breaking in a new pair of shoes. However they have a really unpleasant smell To them

Non mi aspettavo nulla, li ho presi solo con la curiosità di provarli, il prezzo è molto buono e la spedizione è stata ottima come l'imballaggio. Buono anche il numero di prodotti nella confezione. Ho provato il plantare per qualche giorno e devo dire che mi sono abituato subito, sono comodi, non risolvo al 100% il problema ma il dolore è diminuito molto. Sono facili da mettere e togliere, io li lavo con acqua e sapone a mano. Sono soddisfatto, visto il prezzo è qualcosa da provare, non sono il massimo solo con scarpe strette ma è normale che sia così. Da provare.

Hacen su función. Mi madre tiene Diabetes y para prevenir las llagas con los zapatos van muy bien.Hay que lavarlas con gel de baño y después añadir polvo de talco, así siempre están elásticas. Sirven para numero de zapato del 36 al 39.Un saludo

Se lo hijo a mi hijo por qué al crecer les duele vomo el tendón de Aquiles y me aconsejó la doctora que se lo cogiera es de gel y hace que el pie esté más cómodo

Tenía tanta necesidad de usarlo que ha sido llegar y probarlas. Y de momento parecen cumplir su función. Normalmente uso las taloneras de silicona, pero en verano me apetece estar en chanclas en casa, y era imposible: o me dolía por la fascitis, o tenía que estar con zapatos cerrados y me sudaban los pies y me producían agobio, así que vi esto y lo compré. se sujetan al pie, de modo que es más fácil ir en chanclas sin que duela especialmente. Las taloneras de silicona que tengo cubren más área y reducen el dolor mejor, de modo que para salir a andar o a cualquier cosa, usando zapatos cerrados o sandalias que sujeten bien, prefiero usar las de silicona, pero para moverte por casa sin dolor y usando chanclas, son perfectas, al menos de momento. Seguiré probando :) *** A la larga a veces hacen que te duelan otras zonas del pie. Después, pasado ese período de adaptación final, van de maravilla. Ha sido una buena compra.
