This was a great solution to a babyproofing problem. We have a metal stand by the front door to leave keys, lip balm, etc. on. Because it's tall and not deep, it's very tippy. We did secure it to the wall with adhesive straps, but the baby managed to pull it over anyway. Fortunately, it didn't hit her; however, we didn't want to give her a second chance.These attach firmly to the wall with drywall screws. (You'll need an electric drill. This wasn't clear to me from the listing; I thought all I needed was a screwdriver.) Each strap is supposed to take 60 pounds of pull without breaking. It's such a relief to know that the hazard has been eliminated!

This furniture strapping solution makes a great deal of sense if you have small children who like to climb. Those who live in earthquake country should also consider a solution like this for securing heavy / top heavy furniture which could topple and cause injury.We have a newer bookcase that needed to be secured to the wall in our hallway. I had ordered this kit after researching a variety of options. We were able to connect it directly to the wall studs without the straps. We got lucky with the stud placement.Because we figured out our situation without needing to use this kit, I'll be returning it. Having seen the quality, I wouldn't hesitate to order this for a different spot if we ended up needing it.

Pretty easy to install, not the best quality materials but it is doing the job right now.

I bought these a year ago and didn't get to them until now. We've attached three heavy large and tall cabinets and these were very very easy to install and seems solid. I just ordered more for my next project.

Got this kit for several different things we needed secured, and it’s very easy to install and feels very sturdy! I think it’s good to hold some furniture that’s pretty big and help it not tip, like the clock I used this on in my house. The provided screws hold well, and it’s preferable to drill them into a stud. I think it’s a good value for what you get!

This was exactly what we needed to secure out bookshelves to the walls without unsightly corner brackets, and despite our large baseboards. Devices are invisible from nearly every angle and easy to install.
