I have a big full blooded Chocolate Lab about 110 lbs. the Vet said he was over weight however his Father and Grandfather were big body dogs so some of his size is from his DNA. We switched to the Fit Body food as a test and it has seemed to slim him down in his back end And ribs section and he likes it so it’s been a win/win. He is a 100lb mutt and it’s easy for him to pack on the pounds. My shelter dog is Lab mix, he's always been picky with his dog food and I have tried every vet approved brands on the market.. Hills Science Diet, Iams, Purina Pro+ Health and Purina Pro plan (he was on that when he was in the shelter but still underweight and eventually stopped wanting to eat it entirely a few months after I had him.) I been struggling with finding a dog food he likes and wants to stick with, most of them he would munch a couple bites and not want to finish his meal..so we switched up brands every other month to try others and this was one I found after doing research on it and we been happy with this for the past half a year now. He finishes his food no issues every meal, whether dry by itself or mixed with a topper.
