**Q: Do you need to keep your finger on button when using**
A: Yes. I would add that the chopper part is the best feature. The whisk attachment keeps coming off during use. Overall if you are needing an immersion blender or whisk get something else.

A: Russel Hobbs can't offer replacement parts for this model, I've tried

**Q: The blender does not connect properly. i had a braun for more than 20 years and it was much better. i expected better from russell hobbs?**
A: I bought this product this month. It comes with three attachments, 1 out of 3 is making the connection, the other two aren't - rendering the blender mostly useless. 
Its incredibly frustrating since the reason I bought a slightly more expensive blender (this one) is because I had the same problem occur with my last blender which I had been using for years.

**Q: can i use the whisk for heavy runny flour mix, please?**
A: If you mean for mixing pudding or pancake batter then yes, I use mine for yorkshire pudding batter

Honestly really happy with this. It’s super handy for everyday cooking – I use it for smoothies, soups, and even quick chopping. Saves a lot of time and space since everything is in one.It is very light weight and having good power supply.It’s easy to use and clean, which makes life easier. Only thing is it’s a bit noisy, but not a big deal.Overall, does the job well and feels worth the money 👍

I bought this and used it a few times and then it broke but the manufacturer replaced it with no issue. I got the new one within a few days and it's worked ever since (6 months so far). I use it once a week more or less and it's an appliance I find very helpful in the kitchen.
