Bought stepper to replace previous machine which broke due to a lot of regular use that was machine brought from a big fitness chain,so hoping this would give me similar performance.Stepper looked and felt quite sturdy and looked solid,action of stepper was smooth with minimal noise,computer was active but not aligned with activity of stepper,noticed with a few other reviews the same issue,I contacted customer support who connected me to a engineer who was able to solve the issue which is linked to the tension set to lowest setting,at high setting computer functions perfectly as I was ready to send back stepper this was great outcome as stepper works perfect.Funny enough another previous stepper I owned also had this issue with computer not registering steps or timer etc never did work out what caused that issue,but egineer explained how and where sensors built into frame are activated by step motion apart from that machine is good addition to home gym. Again contact support if any problems and save unnecessary return.

Already assembled, easy to use, quick delivery :)Update: after a few months of use it started squeaking. I put WD-40 on all the parts where it would need it and it is still making that loud squeaky noise. It's very annoying.

Before deciding on the stepper, I did a bit of a research. Everybody said that the cheap ones do the job just fine. Maybe I picked the wrong one. It can with an extra battery which was nice, but the screen didn’t work. I didn’t think it was a big deal as I have a smart watch to track steps.The first 5 minutes of use were perfect, then the squeakiness started. It also comes with the oil, my husband put it everywhere but it just doesn’t stop :( I’m so frustrated. Will try and return it. In the reviews I see that for some people the squeakiness started couple of weeks later, wish I was that lucky.My reco - go for another type.

I weigh over 110kg, had it over 6months and is getting a little squeaky and loose.

Received the item however the electronic meter was not working.Contacted the seller they said it maybe the battery and could I change it.So I replaced it, just a bit disappointed that it was not checked before dispatched.

Really pleased with the quality of this. Ready to use straight from the box. Sturdy and quiet to use. No squeaks as mentioned in some reviews. Counter works fine. Absolutely no complaints. Couldn’t be more pleased with it. Level of difficulty achieved by adjusting height of footpads. You certainly get a workout even at the lowest height.

Late delivery & monitor doesn't work disappointed

I was a bit apprehensive ordering this - how good / robust could it be for the price? However I am absolutely delighted with it, it's solid and has a really smooth action - perfect for getting your steps up in winter lockdown! Highly recommended.
