Could feel it the first day! Definitely going to keep purchasing. I used to take the Walgreens brand and it never seemed to do much. Well, you get what you pay for, but this is an exception to that rule. Great price for a large quantity of an exceptional product. Be sure to take with food. It doesn't make you sick if you don't, but it doesn't work as well - which is the case with this supplement no matter what brand you choose.

Used for two weeks as a sleep and mood enhancement aid. To date the product is working at least as well as any previous L-Theanine product I've used. The formula must be very pure because I haven't experienced the dry mouth effect I've experienced on occasion with competitor's products. It's a very good value and appears to be effective-- I'll continue to purchase as my go-to brand.

I have been going to mental health center since I was 18, I am now 35. I hate the medications I am put on there are so many side effects I get sicker then better. I got to try this out for free through a site I have been using. I love L-Theanine. I do hate taking pills of any type that is just me. I am not a high anxiety person but I do tend to way over think things and I find it hard to just let things drop. I am enjoying this supplement way more than I expected. It really seems to give my mind more clarity and less fretting over stupid stuff. I will continue to use this product as long as I feel it makes a difference for me. I use several supplements from this company and I buy them over and over again. No need to look elsewhere. I feel the put out quality products!

The supplement arrived timely and is packaged well. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now and have noticed just minor changes. I tend to feel more relaxed in the morning after I take it, but on some days I feel also some drowsiness. I cannot tell if this is due to the supplement though. I may need to use it for a longer time to assess its benefits more accurately.

My husband and I were glad to receive the recommendation from our chiropractor to take L-Theanine in conjunction with Magnesium Glycinate for more restful sleep. I'm told that this is supposed to help the restless busy-brain that happens when I wake up at 2 a.m.--- it does seem to be helping! I'm impressed with the value of this product.

This is the best L-Theanine I've had so far, I loved that they have smaller capsules and I don't have to show those gigantic capsules down my throat and gag. I've been taking this for 4 weeks now and I've noticed significant mood improvement, my sleeping improved and focus got much better. I like to take it with my coffee and it helps to remove all the jittery coffee effects.

I do not notice any benefits of supplementing with L-Theanine. This product is exactly what it claims to be, chemically, so I'll give it 3 stars. But as for therapeutic benefits, probably closer to 1 star.
