Perfect for my mini peasant bread!
Well made, no blemishes, and no problems using in the oven at 450 degrees. Keep in mind this is the smaller ONE QUART size. It’s perfect for baking my mini peasant bread loaves. I let it cool and then soaked in warm water for a little while, and the baked on bread areas washed off easily.

Absolutely perfect! Arrived without any chips, in spite of the driver not following delivery instructions. Nice weight and finish. Great results after cleaning in dishwasher. Hopefully I get many many years of use out of it!

Soufflé for two!
Wanted to try making a soufflé but just for two of us, not a big family. This is the perfect size. It’s attractive and easy to clean.

Nice, but smaller than expected

Completely Ridiculous Packaging
I am updating my review. The original was sent without any packaging, just a ceramic dish in a box. It was shattered. I got a replacement. It is a good size and will serve its purpose.

Perfect for making a brocolli souffle. Turned out lovely and high and so moist and fluffy! Highly recommend. Good quality and affordable although made in china.

Great size
This souffle dish is a great size for baking foods. It is also the perfect size for my 6 qt Instant Pot for pressure cooking. I am pleased with my purchase, and it will make cooking some foods easier in the Instant Pot. It is also perfect for desserts and casseroles in the oven.

HIC 7.5 INCH PORCELAIN SOUFFLE DISH
This one is a winner and what a great price. My sister broke my fifteen year old French white clay soufflé dish last summer, and I have been searching for a replacement with the same qualities since then. This one works beautifully, and at a fraction of the price I had paid. . . . okay, so the HIC one is made in China, and mine was made in France. . . . still quite a steal.
