Pretty robust/chunky heavy metal here folks. It will definitely handle some current, and should last quite a good long while. There's not much to go wrong. The coating on the metal appears good quality, not chintzy at all. Large bolts/studs, you're medium eye connectors might not be big enough, but always good to be overkill on gage, right!? So many ways to use this, but as a general rule, try to place as close to your battery source as possible--this just helps to ensure you have no other bleeds/consumers of your battery, and that you get them all, 100% of the time. If you relocate the switch further away, you can be successful, but trust me, there'll come a day when it's just too convenient to wire a new thing directly to the battery and bypass the switch--so just save yourself that future dilemma and make this switch the FIRST and ONLY connected device to your battery. Use a low gage jumper from the positive post to the switch, something like 8 or 10 gage for regular accessories, or maybe even lower if you're going to run a Trolling motor. Either way you wire this, you can count on it. Not much more you can ask of a cutoff, good connectivity for low and high amperage uses. Easy to use, easy on the wallet, easy to install. Well built, and designed. Worked great for disconnecting the batteries right at the batteries.

Works correctly, switch itself doesn't feel really solid but it does work. I wanted this smaller size to install on the dash of my boat so it doesn't stick out so much. The nut on the back that is meant to hold it in place is basically worthless though. I used clear silicone to help hold it better.

Great power switch so I can select battery one battery two or both batteries. This allows me to choose between solar power, charging my Lipo battery or running directly to my power inverter. It’s a nice option to be able to take care of both one or the other as my needs dictate very well built very easy to put together very easy to use highly recommend

Extremely happy with this item. Installation was easy but does require a large crimper depending on your wire size. No more dead batteries it disconnects everything. Mounted easy to my battery box. Nice size knob easy to grab. So far has been extremely durable.
