It’s disconcerting, seeing as it is to be placed on beds.I would like to return the dirty pad, but the cost of return shipping is half the cost of the pad. They have a slip resistant backing so you can put them on top of your sheets and they don’t slip. They are very absorbent and has eliminated the daily stripping of my dads bed. The pads really absorb the moisture and keep it from getting on your sofas. After an accident, I rinse the pad off and then throw it in the washing machine. I dry the pad on low hear in the dryer and then let it air dry until it is completely dry. I did a lot of research about these pads.
