The chairs are not the most comfortable which makes it difficult to sit through long meetings. It is well made and provides comfort as well as support. The co-worker I purchased it for indicated it was helpful in relieving her hip pain and it is very portable. It was moderately priced compared to others I considered. It arrived sooner than anticipated and was packed well. For the price I expected that it would at least work for awhile but after 3 hours of sitting on it in my office chair I was already hurting. I have Degenerative Disc Disease in my lumbar spine and even though I get up and move around every few hours by the end of the day pressure points cause me additional pain. With chronic pain, one looks for anything that will help "dull" additional pain. The clasp that goes at the end of the zipper was placed immediately behind the zipper (at the top) so I am unable to zip it.
