I have seen immediate changes in my energy, I have seen changes in my ability to move around, I really do feel like I have gained vitality. I purchased another bottle and will continue. No taste and there is not problem with color and I have noticed no more pain in my knee. Idk if that’s just me but I have really seen a difference in my well being. How have I gone this long without this? Recommend greatly!!!!

WELL...Well...well... Supposedly a magic pill, or at least the substance inside of it is supposed to be. Resveratrol is touted to be a high performance substance that will cure a lot of woes. The amount that is supposed to be taken is well above what the bottle reccomends. So, hopefully, it's what it says it is and nothing else. Only a week in so far and I'm not noticing anything. Which is good, side effects normally show up fairly quickly, so I guess I'm okay on that front. Like most capsules, ease of swallowing is pretty much a given as long as it's not some insanely large thing. This one, once moistened in your mouth slides down pretty easy. Pain relief? No idea. Still have all of those, but, like I said, only really been a week so far. A lab could test this and tell me whats really in it, but I'm not that much of a doubting type when it comes to medical foods, and it does come reccomended by a friend that has taken it for awhile and has noticed a difference. We'll see...

I read a lot about the Resveratrol after watching a couple of David Sinclair youtube video. I decided to try this and see if it changes anything in my health. I have been using this now for 2 weeks and I feel normal, a little fresher, more energy but not sure if its effect of resveratrol or my switching from coffee to macha tea. there are no side effects so far. I am going to try this for 30 days and stop for 30 days to just see the effects or lack of effects if any..

This resveratrol is brown & not white as recommended by Dr David Sinclaire. Tastes ok with some flavoured yoghurt. No noticeable effects after 2 capsules a day for 10 days.
