It is one of the best pre work outs I have ever had. I have bought 3 bottles since end of July. You get a decent pump but I pair with a nitric oxide booster on a regular basis. I will also add L-carnitine for a good sweat. I have tried other pre-workouts from the commercial stuff at GNC to the local supp shop stuff. This is good quality, without extra crap and ingredients that you actually know what they are and not some random maybe not be legal ingredients.
