Yes. Sealed EPDM rubber weatherstripping runs the full length of both rails with front and rear seals. Four 1-inch drain tubes channel water out of the canister. Handles heavy rain, snow, and sleet. Not designed for full submersion.

Dual-lock system locks both driver and passenger sides simultaneously with one key. Cover cannot retract while locked. More secure than single-point locking covers. Weather-sealed lock cylinders resist freezing in cold climates.
