I'm a size 14-16 with a tummy so i ordered an XL/XXL & wanted something to give me smoother lines when wearing fitted dresses etc. Can honestly say I'm really pleased they do hold in the wobbly bits and give you a much better shape & the size is perfect. A little difficult to get on but that's something I'll get used too! I am a large size 12 (not quite 14) and they were really tight on me. Any shaping in the body is ruined by the bulge over the top of the top hem too! Didn't like the fabric - too thick. (Apart from all this I loved it - LOL!). Returned for refund and would not recommend - sorry! Try Joanna Hope flock body shaper from Marisota (wear your own bra) - it is FABULOUS in every way!
