I remember these glass chimes from my hippie days and I still love them and they are still as lovely and colorful as before. They make a very pleasant sound when a breeze moves them. They sparkle in the sun. They're so colorful and cheerful looking. A lovely way to dress up a backyard, front porch .

I love the colors of this wind chime, I have had mine for six months, and the colors have stayed strong and true. It has a sweet and gentle chime.

This one is actually replacing one purchased several years ago. It won't last forever - the string dry rots, the glass ends rust and break off, then the glass falls off and breaks. But it did last a very long time considering it was hanging outside under my carport. It was worth it for the pleasure it brought me for longer than I expected!

Overall, it's a pretty windchime with stained-glass style panels. That said, photos depicted of this item show it being quite large but upon unpacking, it's obviously not that long. It's barely ringing in slightly over 20 inches in length. Also, I do not believe the glass is actual glass that has the pigment within the glass, rather, it's painted on as many of these items are. That will absolutely fade and peel off. By contrast, some authentic stained glass panels I have here at home have pigment within the glass and never have faded. VERDICT: Overall, a very expensive little (LITTLE) but pretty windchime that I wouldn't buy again.

I have not used this chime outside, so I can't speak to how well the colors hold up in the sun. In the house, they last well. I have one set near a fan I use in warmer weather, so it will make them chime. I love the combination of the glass tinkling sound with the small tubular chimes. I find the combination to be more soothing and pleasant than any other chimes I've had. When I don't have the fan on, I'll go by and gently use my hand to hear them. I think the price is a little steep, but not by much. Still, I've bought two sets. I really like them.

Just installed my wind chime, although it’s much smaller than expected, it’s beautiful, colourful and the sound is soft and enjoyable I highly recommend !
