I have dry, curly hair and this product not only protects it from chlorine when I swim three times a week, it moisturizes my hair and gives me gorgeous, shiny, frizz-free curls afterwards. I now wear my hair down instead of always in a ponytail because it finally looks good enough that way without the frizz. I could not love this stuff more. The key is to not rinse it all the way out before you put in a good conditioner after you get out of the pool (and definitely don't use shampoo after you swim).
