Received this yesterday and can honestly say the quality is great. I could never find one this good locally and this is made to last. This isn't flimsy at all. Don't hesitate on buying this.

Sign is nice size

It's nice and big but mounting options are severly limited.
Because of it's large size it is readable from a decent distance and it REALLY gets the message to stay out across. One thing it could use is more holes or mounting options. It only has two holes. They are 3 inches in from the edge of the sign and are on each side of the words "The Owner Of This" which really limits how or where it can be mounted. I really love it but I haven't put it out yet because I'm a wimpy, unskilled old woman that can't do it alone. I will have to have someone make a specialized T post to mount it on. It would have gotten 5 stars from me if there were alternate mounting options, or at least more mounting holes.

Sign communicates intentions of the owner immediately! Professional grade/gauge aluminum with excellent graphics! All the hallmarks of a superior product.
