Works just as well as the official cartridge for our machine, and is easy to change. Well worth taking it out and gently moving what is left from side to side before replacing it. We get quite a number of extra copies out of ours after we have been warned the toner is running out. A good product.

I had some bad experiences with generic products before, but Brother charges a lot for the branded cartridges so these were worth a try. Installing the item was easy enough and the machine didn't play any refusal tricks on me. Out of the last branded product I got nearly a year of printing and photocopying. I have used the uniworks toner already for several months. The print outs are very good though very slightly lighter. If I get the same or similar time out of it compared to the branded product it will be worthwhile and I will purchase again. Edit 2023 I photocopy a serious amount. I have recently bought more generic ink but I am still using the last of the second toner of this order. Definitely a good product.

The printer rejects the toner cartridge even when it is still printing perfectly normally, after 1000 pages it does not accept the override that we do on the printer nor does it allow us to reset the cartridge in our settings which is a waste of money if you only print have the allowance

I was sceptical about whether this would be recognised by my Brother printer or give good quality promoting. Delighted on both counts - easy to install, really recognised, great quality ink. Definitely recommended.

These toners do not work, very annoyed. No matter what you do the printer will say 'replace toner'.

I have used this company many times now for replacement Toner cartridges for my Brother laser printer. The value for money is incredible - since Brother ask for more money than the original printer cost to buy for their cartridges - go figure! Sometimes it takes a few goes to get it to accept it as a cartridge but this is easily rectified by following the troubleshooting instructions supplied or, on one occasion looking at a YouTube video. With the speed of arrival, I cannot see myself ever needing to search for another company

Quality is fine. Easy to install. The second toner seemed to run out much quicker than the first - I don't know the exact pages printed or whether the second one deteriorated in the year or so that the first one was being used? I'll try a different make next time.
