Easy installation ### ⭐ Doesn't work: the app, dvr, everything. *by R***N on July 17, 2017* Q-See camera system is really clear but the dvr system and the remote system stinks. Each time I log in at least one camera "fails" and a different camera each time. Also, as others have stated, the order of the cameras changes each time I log in to the app or on to the dvr. Also, each time I log in to the dvr with the mouse/keyboard it thinks I'm a new customer and forgets all of my settings from the previous session. I would love to have this resolved but I've called customer service (India) and they can't solve the problem and they won't allow me to ship it back to have them fix it.
