We use his product for fertility needs co-10 is a really good product. There is some device especially amongst the worst products about this needs to be a certain type of CQ 10 but needless to say that One is absorbed better and one is high-quality. I’d rather have the one that absorb better which I think this is the one that is Either way I use both but as a standalone product I can’t prefer this product value for money. It’s good as part of overall supplement support. Take it daily have no problems with it at all. Definitely recommend to other people going through the same rubbish times.

I don’t want to give any woman false hope, but I have into the reviews and I tell you what - I bought and started taking these in early July . Today I can happily confirm I’m pregnant . I didn’t want to believe the hype . But girls - after a years of TTC…Sue it’s a coincidence buy if it’s not … I took this and folic acid everyday , no other millions of vitamins. I’ve stopped taking today now I know I’m pregnant

Arrived quickly, easyto open pack and, best of all, easy to swallow. I am taking other supplements so I cannot say that my energy has risen but I feel more settled with these.
