Good battery, still working well months after bought. Good buy.

I followed the directions, charge battery, drain to nothing, and charge again. I had to do this twice because the first time the battery drained down to 20% because I did not turn off battery saver in settings on the computer. After turning off the battery saver the battery could be completely drained. I left the laptop on until the battery was exhausted completely, drained, and shut off. Afterward, I recharged to 100% charged.I had it for a couple of weeks and I have no complaints. I have purchased other batteries that I had to return because they were unable to sustain a charge. So, I was pleasantly surprised that this worked better than my original dell battery. I gave this a try because of the 2-year warranty. I am glad I did. Great value and performance.

I had to replace a dead laptop battery and this did the trick. Fit perfectly and took a charge like it was supposed to. I thought it was priced correctly and would recommend if you need replacing.

I received the battery on time and installed it and let it fully charge overnight. It performed evry bit as well as the one that came with the laptop pc. The run time was just as good. Then suddenly, after about six and a half months of service, it just completely died. it would not charge and the PC displayed error messages the the battery was bad. I emailed TCORE about it and in a week I had a new replacement battery. I did not have to return the bad battery. The new battery is also working as well as the original. Time will tell if it last as long as it should. The warranty period is two years, which I think is generous enough. If not for the failure, I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars. TCORE stood by their ptoduct and made it right...

Just got around to installing this battery into my Dell Inspiron 5755. It went into place very easily without tools and had about 10% power in it. I am charging it now. I forgot how easy the older laptop batteries are to install. Hoping this one lasts a long time.

Works as intended several months later

This battery stopped charging at all within a few months. I can't figure out how to contact the seller for a replacement.

My laptop had been sluggish for the past year and I just thought it was because it's getting old. My battery wouldn't hold a charge for very long so I decided to buy a new one and WOW, just changing the battery brought my laptop back to life! It's much faster and holds a great charge!
