How do u get it to stick to a bagel?

If you've done a malt boil prior to baking (1Tbs malt syrup in 2 qt water,) drain briefly on paper towel and then dust with topping, it will stick nicely. I make my dough the night before, shape the bagels and refrigerate until morning. Three-minute boil, drain, dust with topping bake at 475 for 24 min turning halfway. Using an eggwash changes the texture of the crust.

Delicious.

This stuff is crack in a bottle. its a perfect blend of ingredients. I will say you should probably shake this thing up before each use. Some ingredients will settle to the bottom of course if you don't.
