Tried this after cycling through the usual benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid spot treatments that always left my skin dry, flaky, or red. This one finally hit the right balance. How It Works: It’s a settle-and-don’t-shake formula — sulfur and zinc oxide settle at the bottom of the bottle. You dip a cotton swab into the sediment (not the liquid above it), then dab the pink/beige paste directly onto the spot before bed. Don’t shake the bottle. The first time I used it I almost did and would have ruined the application. Results: On a freshly forming pimple, it visibly flattens overnight. The whitehead cycle gets cut by 1–2 days compared to letting it run its course. On stubborn cystic-type spots, it doesn’t make them disappear in one night, but it noticeably reduces redness and inflammation by morning, and clears them faster over 2–3 nights of use. Skin Tolerance: This is where it earns the price. Unlike benzoyl peroxide, it doesn’t leave my skin red, peeling, or sensitive the next day. No bleaching of pillowcases either. Gentle enough that I can apply it close to existing dry patches without making them worse. Application Tips: • Apply only on clean, dry skin — moisturizer first will dilute it • The pink/beige residue is visible, so it’s strictly a nighttime product • Wash off in the morning with your normal cleanser; it comes off easily • A little goes a long way — that small bottle lasts months with regular spot use What to Know: • The bottle is small for the price — but you genuinely use very little per application, so it lasts longer than it looks • The smell is mild sulfur (slightly eggy) but fades quickly once applied

Very effective product. Used first night and noticed big difference in the morning. My skin was mostly clear. This product is mostly unscented but has a light medicinal scent. Dried rather quickly and washed off easily. Going to add to my daily routine as I suffer from hormonal acne.

This stuff is the OG of acne care, my pimples are literally gone when I wash this stuff off after leaving it on overnight, im shocked everytime. And its sensitive skin friendly! it will dry those spots out without ANY burning or dryness, only dissolving the pimple and reducing swelling, and not to mention its much more sterile to use a fresh q-tip for ur acne each time, unlike most products where u double dip and create a bacteria farm on ur face lol. This is truly the most genius and underrated product !

The smell is like rotten eggs after it sets. However, I had a breakout on my bum after frequent, intense cardio sessions and this cleared it up. So, totally worth it. Have also used it on my face to stop emerging breakouts, and it generally works well. It’s very thin, and it settles a little, so it’s good practice to shake it up before applying. Also, because of the smell, apply with a q-tip or cotton swab.

Dream cream. I suffer from deep layering of black heads and this night time remedy works quickly and effectively and goes on with a light feeling. However, both times I’ve purchased it, even when stored well, the product will dry up in a month or two. I’ve added water to extend the lifeline of the product but it is disappointing that I can’t make it through a whole bottle without complication.

The product smells like rubbing alcohol. Whenever you receive it, it is very liquid, over the course of a few days it thickens up into a paste. After a few weeks it's dried up and unusable. It's also a very small jar.

This product works like a dream! Clears up blemishes over a night or two. The smell is strong but doesn’t bother me.
