how would i give this to a cat?

Our vet said to use 1/8 teaspoon mixed in water. Didn't say how much water, but part of the reason for my cat's constipation is that she doesn't drink enough. I think we used a large eyedropper full and then gave her more water. That having been said, you should ask your vet.

Depends on how plugged you are at the start. But you must drink a lot of water I found out if you take in the morning and drink lots of water it works well but if you don't drink a lot of water it can make it worse.can take up to two weeks our longer.

If I mix it with a drink, is it tasteless?

Yes, it is tasteless. I mix it with about 8 ounces or so. Stir it up until the water is clear and you will think you are drinking plain water.
