Let me tell you this is about the best garden tool i have ever used. If you have tough soil and struggle to get weeds and grass pulled, i recommend you get 2 of these. You wont regret it.

Works great! Makes weeding easy. Could be a little sharper, but thats my only real gripe, and is something i can fix myself.

This is very cool. Leave it to the Japanese to develop a better weeder. Probably hundreds of years ago. I like the sharp point that lets you get under other plants to cut out the weeds. I like that it has one at a different angle on the back of the tool. I like that it is sharp enough to drag through the soil effortlessly to cut out a lot of weeds at once. However, It seems to me that the tool could have been made with the handle more in the middle of the blade. Because the handle is more to one side than another, it wants to twist sometimes when using, and you have to grip it quite strongly to keep it from turning. Maybe there is a reason for this, but I haven't discovered it yet. Still a great tool.

Japan doesn’t make useless stuff. They pride themselves on quality and craftsmanship. I’ve found even the what we might call “walmart” brand of blades in Japan will have a minimum standard. This is a light weight, durable, and VERY VERY VERY SHARP! took that lays waste to weeds.

Super easy weeding tool! It cuts through almost anything with ease. Be careful when weeding around vegtable stems. It’s easy to Nick them. I use mine for the raised beds. Perfect size for a hand tool. Easy to use with either hand, functions well once you understand the angle needed. Good tool to have in the garden. Compact and easy to store.

This is my 2nd purchase. I love the design, the size, and sharpness. I use it a lot to cut and trim my garden.
