Fence Top Wall Spikes Garden Security, Intruder Burglar deterrent Anti Climb (Pack without posts, 20M)

Bought Stegastrip fence top wall spikes to replace inferior and crumbling anti climb spikes we had fitted several years ago. Stegastrip spikes have much more of an impact providing you with a sense of security whilst giving a high visual deterrent without being overpowering on the overall aesthetics of the fence panel or garden. Out of the box the product is pliable to a degree which enables you to slightly bend and fix to the contours of a curved panel or gate. The strips become strong and solid when secured with screws giving the ultimate physical protection to your property without causing harm to wildlife or the scumbag wanting to intrude into your property. Stegastrips would, in my opinion, definitely make anything or anyone think twice. The product advice to cut off 50mm via the moulded saw guide to 4 strips when fitting to a 6’ fence panel saved so much time and effort. It was a lot of cutting, although easy with the correct equipment, but this advice enabled the strips to look uniform and gave that added professionally fitted feel. I thank Bloom-In-Secure for that advice, brilliant and satisfying. Delivery and service was exceptional. All of my 25mtrs (50 pcs) arrived 5 days before the expected delivery date and I couldn’t wait to get started, all delivered and fitted in the same day with top class results. Only time will tell on the longevity of Stegastrips with things like any possible discolouration, distortion and loss of strength, but if the description of the products construction is correct, which I have no reason to believe otherwise, then Stegastrips will stand the test of time. More than happy, a pleasure to fit, fast problem free service, peace of mind and worth every single penny. What more can you say?

OMG! These are amazingly good at what they are meant to do! I moved to a new home with a Fox infested large garden, I know the foxes were here before me but I have fur babies with whom I would literally dismember someone for if they hurt them. Unfortunately small fur babies and foxes do not mix, so I popped these plastic pointy spikes on all walls and fences and I can honestly say I have only 1 fox who likes to stick its middle paw up to my dogs whilst they are looking out of the patio doors. All others have left my garden. It is so simple to install, I pre-drilled into the wall before lining up the spikes, the more screws you install into the spikes the higher the point of the spike. The fences are self explanatory same concept as the wall. What is good about these spikes is the foxes will just “ouch” themselves if stood on the spikes, no murder on my watch, hopefully the foxes will learn not to pass over the “ouch” wall and will whoopsie in some else’s garden.

Plastic but sharp edges and look good when fitted. Good quality and Great price for the amount you get. I’ve fitted them to mine and my neighbours side gates and still have one and a half left, easy to fit and look very effective once fitted.

Purchased primarily ro keep the local cat population away from bird feeder and nest box. The jury is still undecided on effectiveness, however just watched the local Tommy cat walk up to the Spikes and then turn round and walk the other way. Easy to install and flexible down the middle so can be curved slightly to allow easy fixing. You will need to purchase both a warning sign and small woodscrews. Both available on amazon. Being the one house owner without a cat on my row means my garden is no-man's land so everyone visits. The Spikes are very visible and rigid but not over sharp but should be uncomfortable for anyone intending to climb over and have significant height to prevent comfortable sitting position for local felines I expect. May add a few more feet as 'fence has multiple local cat run junctions'. 4 stars for now as need to determine longivity of deterrent. Received a very small 'warning sign' with second order taped to inside of box. Ineffective sign in my view very small not easily seen, thin plastic so my view is you will still need to order seperatly UPDATE as a car deterrant appears to reduce the number of visits although you will have to place spikes on the complete wall including top of fence posts (cut to fit) as cats are intelligent and will find / utilise any gap to climb fence. UPDATE after months installed have only seen one cat out of local population of 10+ actually in my garden. So a good deterrent in my view.

If you're at your wit's end with neighbourhood cats treating your garden as their personal toilet, these spikes are the answer. I had a real problem with street cats jumping over my fence on a daily basis and causing no end of mess and damage to my garden beds. Since fitting the Stegastrip spikes along the top of my fence, the cats simply cannot get over anymore — and the difference has been night and day. My garden is finally a cat-free zone. No more unpleasant surprises when I'm weeding, no more ruined patches, and no more having to clean up after animals that aren't mine. It feels like I've reclaimed my outdoor space entirely. The spikes are straightforward to install and sit neatly along the fence top without looking too unsightly. A genuinely effective, humane deterrent. Wish I had fitted these much sooner . Highly recommend to anyone dealing with the same issue.

Easy to fit just need a few screws. It will look very painful, to a possible burglar. Alas these days you need to protect and survive. Even I don't fancy climbing over now. More than enough length for my gate.
