Color is different than pictured, not enough sent

Really disappointed. Bought this based on the green color pictured to match the neon/bright green theme on my sons scooter. The green that came was much darker, not neon at all. Also, we weren't sent a square piece, looked like someone cut it off a bigger piece but cut it when they were drunk. 2 stars because it was shipped fast and it stuck to the scooter deck.
