The suit isn’t too tight and the length seems appropriately long enough to not give wedgies. My girl is y’all for her age. She’s 3 1/2, 40 1/4 inches tall and 35lbs. She promptly put it on as soon as it arrived. We ordered a 4/5T since she is a bit tall for her age, but it still gave her the goose, if you know what I mean, total wedgie wear. The hat was goofy fitting and was a total throwaway, fitting way too small and the bill flopping down over her eyes. It may be suited for small baby, like up to a year old, but not a 4t kid. We returned this for a larger size (not really hoping for a better hat) because the suit itself is nice. I do wish the sleeves came to her wrist instead of mid arm, just below the elbow though, why have long sleeves for sun coverage if the sleeves really arent long? All in all a decent suit but be sure to order it large.
