Definitely a high quality omega supplement. I was taking cod liver oil but had to switch to something without vitamin A due to being on Accutane. I ended up enjoying this quite a bit more. It's hard to explain but I just feel better on it. Subtle mood and focus lift and it's been good for some of my mild hormonal issues. Even though I was taken off Accutane I'm sticking with this as opposed to cod liver oil.

**Updated review** - I have been taking these for 2 months now at 1 tablet a day and at around 6 weeks, I noticed a subtle change in the severity of my brain fog. I have ordered another 60 tablets which I will continue to take for another couple of months and update my review if there is any further change. On the plus side, it also seems to have increased my libido!**original review** I've been taking these for a month now and I was hoping that these may have some effect on my brain fog. 3 1/2 years post major chemo and bone marrow transplant and I'm still sufferening debilitating fatigue and brain fog on a daily basis. I had read an article stating that this supplement had helped people with Chronic Fatigue, so I thought I would give it a go. Sadly, it had not worked for me.We all react differently to medications and supplements and we take them for a variety of reasons. I have no reason to think that there is anything wrong with these capsules.
