The partially glass is my favorite part and gives it a touch of elegance. My husband and I had to take a break because holding the chandelier up during the wiring process was tiring on our arms.The 5 glasses have to be installed prior to installing the chandelier because you have to reach into the glass cups to screw it down. It's now Saturday, March 8th and it's not going to arrive today. My electrician is coming out Monday morning to pre-wire and install all fixtures, and this won't be there for him to install. One of the boxes for install on this is located about 20 feet up, so now I either have to buy or rent a ladder, or call out the electrician for a 2nd visit because their 2 day delivery takes a week. I can't go buy a different chandelier because I bought the matching ceiling/wall/pendant lights. Obviously, this review is based on poor service more than it is the product itself.
