Review: Great book about thyroid/adrenal problems
Review: This book is full of valuable information for people with hashimoto's and/or hypothyroidism, who are not doing well on the standard treatment. Many of the author's experiences with healthcare professionals are very similar to mine. Because he shares them he empowers patients not to give up, to be informed and to fight for their well being. This book, in which Paul Robinson shares all the knowledge he collected over many years, is an excellent tool on the way to recovery. I can highly recommend it. Unfortunately the copy I received must have gotten stuck in a sorting machine or something because it looked quite dreadful upon arrival. It is legible but really warped and kinked.

This book is full of valuable information for people with hashimoto's and/or hypothyroidism, who are not doing well on the standard treatment. Many of the author's experiences with healthcare professionals are very similar to mine. Because he shares them he empowers patients not to give up, to be informed and to fight for their well being. This book, in which Paul Robinson shares all the knowledge he collected over many years, is an excellent tool on the way to recovery. I can highly recommend it. Este libro es el primero que todo paciente deberia leer. Incluye informacion sustentada por buena investigacion y no opiniones. Paul Robinson ha escrito una serie de libros complementarios que deberian estar en la biblioteca de todos los pacientes. Cabe señalar que son muy faciles de entender.
