I bought two to make my traditional German Christmas Stollen. I had the hardest time finding Stollen pans online or elsewhere. I was a little concerned at first because this pan feels very thin, but my Stollen turned out great.

The quality was great nice dark finish.  It was a bit shorter than the one I brought back from Germany 30 years ago. And I did have to adjust my recipe as it was for the larger pan.  But hey, it worked so well,  I went ahead and ordered another one.  It will be so great to be able to make 2 Quark Stollens at a time. (A more unusual cream cheese non yeast stolen with rum soaked golden raisins and almonds that I have also made with cranberries and orange peel)  My original recipe was printed on the outside of the Kaiser form box, but one can get recipes online.  I noticed some folks were confused on how to use  the pan. Fill a well buttered  pan 3/4 with dough and invert on a  well greased cookiesheet.  The maker of this one might sell more with pictures and by including recipies.
