It’s a regular size board so kids, teenager or adults can use. I bought for a 10 year old and she loves it

Sorry, I'm not sure. It was a gift for my nephew. The trucks can be adjusted though to make the board looser (easier to turn) or stiffer (harder to turn). Hopes this helps!!!

Is there a weight limit on the rider?

I just gave one to my niece today as a present and I rode on it for a little while, I weigh around 200lbs and didn't seem to be a problem.
