Came in the state where chain pin had separated and fallen off from the watch on one side. Atleast the pin was still present inside the box.

Scope for improvement
The ladies watch is much better than the gents. Both products/finish/packaging from Timex is good, possibility for improvement with luxury look from Timex. Amazon packaging is adequate. Dial chain length for bulky womens hand would be an exact fit., leaner womens hand would require unlinking. Color/Quality/weight/dial for women is very appealing. Dial chain length for men is adequate, finishing of the overall would have been better. Color/Quality/weight/dial for men is Not very appealing. Overall good product for a good price. Scope for improvement., lesser Cost & higher quality.
