Just received my XS customized 7” waist trainer! I love it & It fits me perfectly! The support is perfect, the size is just what I needed for my tiny torso! Thank you so much, for making me this wonderful little product. Again for reference I’m 5’4, 100lbs, 33,24,33.. I have the 9’ trainers too, which I wear also, but I was in desperate need of a short torso trainer and Atbuty totally came through with a wonderful product, so well made & so comfortable! Atbuty IS AMAZING THEY CUSTOM MADE MY 7’ TRAINER FOR ME!!! SO AWESOME!!! I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family & to anyone how needs a trainer or back support! Such a well made product & by people who actually care about you! Boy this thing really works! I purchased an XS in both the blk & beige! I’m 5’4, 100lbs & my waist size 24. They are snug when first put on, but with the assistance of my hubby I was able to get it on (lol) the first time I had to lay down and he had to cinch me in it! Now I’m able to get it on myself! It did stretch a tad after my first use or I shrunk that fast hahaha!! I have a spinal condition so I purchased them for that reason, and they work better than my medical grade back braces, and I can hide them under my clothes which is awesome! With my medical braces they are ENORMOUS and go over my clothing and ppl always stare and I feel like a freak show! These are amazing! No smell, but AMAZING SUPPORT! Purchase one size down!

I am a believer of waist cinchers and I have told so many people about one of my secrets for a small waistline; so when I recommend something, people BUY. Listen, I had worn out my previous waist cincher and I knew I was going to have to re-order and get back to the nice shape that I am used to having. In the process of me placing an order, I simply search my history of orders and I had this company (Atbuty) and another company which I am already familiar with as a choice to choose from to make my purchase. Just as I was about to place my order, (you know that small inner voice that sounds like a whisper) said “Order from the Atbuty company, plus I love the reviews that the other women were saying. So I placed my order. My order came the very next day (because I have PRIME). Lo and Behold, because of my weight gain and being out of the gym (because of what’s going on in the world), I had a pudge which did not allow me to fit the size I ordered. I immediately reached out to the company and “Atbuy Wu” immediately responded to me in a matter of minutes. I had shared my concerns and was immediately assisted me and sent out a better size for me. Her professionalism and customer service was top notch and I had appreciated. Because of that experience, I will be recommending this product and company to whoever asks me about this product. Now, this product itself is of high quality and if you are trying to be snatched, this is perfect. I usually wear a size “XS” (with the previous company) and because of the weight gain and me not having a product from them initially, I was a size small and it fit perfectly. This is not a paid review, this is an honest review and experience with this company. P.S, I am a Bikini competitor and this will be my Go-To Product for shedding some extra inches of my waistline. Perfect for girls with a short torso

Just to help someone out, because this was difficult for me, to decide the right size. Thankfully I got it right the 1st order! 1st: IMO, do not go by weight because everyone has different proportions. 2nd: DO NOT go by the size you get for other brands! (Ex: in another brand I bought an extra large and it was TOO big) 3rd: go by height and MOST IMPORTANTLY, your torso measurements, not your clothes sizes! Purchase: Atbuty Short Torso Waist Trainers Cincher Corset Underbust Body Shaper Latex Sport Girdle Size: XXLarge Black (9'' Short Torso, 25 Steel Bones) Item Measurements IN THIS SIZE: TOP width: 35.5" (Closed at 1st Hook: 35") BOTTOM width: 39.25" (Closed at 1st Hook: 38.75") EXTENDER width: 3.5" PLEASE NOTE!!!!! You lose 1/2" when you close/hook it at 1st row, then other two rows are 3/4" apart. My measurements: Height: 5'3.5" Weight: 175lbs Bra: 36B Underbust: 35" ****(Menopause Belly)**** Waist (1" above navel): 37.5" Waist (at navel): 39.5" KEY: Start hooking from the bottom, then work your way up, then pull it down to the natural/comfortable waist line. For me it closed at 1st row, but cinch starts at 2nd row. I could have bought a smaller size but wasn't sure what to expect with the extender. Now that I have it, as I lose weight, I will buy a much smaller size to use with the extender. If you dont want to use the extender, keep that in mind with sizing selection. I gave it 4 stars because it came scratched so it wasn't brand new, as in completely untouched from the maker. Maybe it got scratched when they tried it on, but it wasn't worn and I was tired of buying and trying to get a good one. That's not on the seller though, that's on Amazon not properly checking returns. Hope this helps at least 1 woman!

I love this waist trainer! I have tried other waist trainers and this is the first one that was super comfortable while still doing its job. I got size medium after much research from reviews and actually measuring the waist of the jeans that I can actually button. My waist was measuring 31ish. But I’ve been through the thing where I followed the size chart to the letter and it’s been too big. So anyways day 1rst first set of hooks (least tight) it felt good everything pulled in nicely and it wasn’t cutting into my skin . Today is day 10 I’m on 3rd set of hooks. I wear it for 6-9 hours 5 days a week. I have lost weight about 5lbs I’m not currently exercising I’m just hyper aware that if I eat much I won’t be able to wear my trainer which is kind of addictive once you start wearing it everyday. Drink a lot of water. Make sure you’re getting enough fiber. But overall this is the best trainer I’ve tried and I’ve purchased atleast 4 others and they always hurt or we’re leaving marks making it hard to be consistent but this trainer feels really good. Mak s you look really good.

It baffles me that this product is made with itchy fabric on the inside (the fabric that covers the steel bones). It is supposed to be worn tightly on the skin for hours at a time. But the interior fabric is not ideal for that purpose. It is itchy and quite irritating to the skin. After a few hours I cannot stand it any longer and have to stop wearing it. Which defeats the whole purpose of the item. Disappointing. Other than that, this is a good product. The fairly flat line of the hem and length of the product is good for covering the low back for short torso.

Muy buena calidad , me gusta como queda aunq soy de torso corto y debí ordenar la de 7” ya q esta es de 9” pero me gusta porq me ayuda con las costillas abiertas , el material es 10/10 y la calidad igual viene con extra extensión por si acaso se necesita . Mido 5’1 peso 130 y ordene la Xs

La verdad quede fascinada con esta cinturilla la uso para el gym y me da mucho soporte en la lumbar la pedí XXs pero necesite la extensión las primeras 2 semanas ya que no me cerraba para nada será por que era nueva, ahorita ya me puedo abrochar en la segunda hilera de broches sin la extensión y sigue bien. La volvería a comprar

No es para moldear cintura,es cuadrada y difícil de abrochar

It’s comfortable and easy to put on. Maybe order a size smaller if you’re looking to reduce waist size and not just using it for good posture.
