**Q: Is this product good to use?**
A: I lent it to a co-worker and they started writing and stopped and exclaimed, "Wow, this is a _really_ good erasable pen! And it actually erases." It's not nearly as good as Pentel Energel but Energels and Pilot G-2 are not erasable.

**Q: Are there refills for this type? I can't tell from the description**
A: Yes, they are definitely refillable.  You can purchase them in Pilot-branded 3-packs, or various other variety packs.  I got one here on Amazon that must have been a 24 pack (because I have 18 left at the moment) that came in a ziplock-type baggie.

**Q: How is the product quality?**
A: Quality is very good, purchased for my 16 year old daughter who is very into calligraphy, scrapbooking etc and she loves them. Uses them every day to take notes at school and they’re holding up well.

**Q: Does the pen write smoothly over erased areas? How many times can an area be erased?**
A: The ink and the eraser act much like a pencil lead and eraser, I erased several times and wrote several times over the same area of the paper.

We like these at my office, They write very smooth and have a really good quality eraser. It did take us probably 5 mins to realize how to operate them... you press the clip part.. hahaha. The only thing we wish is that the ink was darker but we will buy these again!
