Order Missing
I ordered 3 packs of Quilling paper, I was charged for 3 packs of quilling paper but I only got 2 packs so I am now short of supplies for my art program. Please resend what my order is missing please.

Great quilling papet

Not cut even
The colors are beautiful. The cut edges are crisp and the same color throughout, no white showing where the cuts are, but the cut was not consistent from one end to the other. The strips of paper are uneven. One out of the five color paper packages had what looks like 2mm on on end and 3mm on the other end. 3 mm was what I ordered. Doesn't make pretty quills that way.

Quality is very poor. Have a hard time to reach Amazon & vendor. I am very new to Amazon. 1st time ordered from Amazon US of the same item and having the same problem. Items has taken back by Courier in Sg since early December no news from vendor. 2nd order, items have very poor quality. Trying to contact Amazon for feedback but cannot reach them. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Thank you.
