If I feel one sore coming on even though I can’t see it, then I stop all fruit and start taking 2 pills for 1 to 2 days and then continue with 1 pill daily. YES, THEY ARE HUGE PILLS BUT I CHOPPED THEM UP INTO A ‘POWDER’ AND THEY HAVE WORKED GREAT FOR ME. I ADVISE YOU TO FINE YOUR OWN ROUTINE. Hope this helps. Good value for money; hardly any smell.

Good product which helped my wife with her canker sores but she has trouble swallowing it. We cut it in half but the jagged edge at the cut was also difficult for her to swallow. She moved on to capsules with another brand.

Great product! Cold sore was cured within 2-3 days. Tablets are rather large but totally worth it for the rapid results.

Works great and the capsule size isn't humongous as some here say. It's large but manageable
