Best refreshing recipes and a keeper
I have been a recipe collector for over 40 years. These Recipes are as wonderful as expected. Clean, healthy and enjoyed by my husband and weekend guests. In fact, our guests ordered a book for themselves following a meal and review of the text. I LOVE the THai burgers and ALL the sauces. My husband always reports feeling refreshed following a meal from an.ITSU recipe. I am hoping that the chicken noodle soup recipe will appear at some point......

repetitive recipes
Its a decent cookbook but I find the ingredients are very repetitive.also, many of the dishes require multiple recipes. Meaning the salad is one recipe but then the dressing on a different page and with a whole other set of instructions. Same with the side dishes and the soups.

A little planning is all it takes....
If you invest some time on the weekend preparing an assortment of their sauces in advance, these recipes are a snap to cook on a busy weekday.

Best Fusion Cookbook.....The UK's secret!

Utterly unrealistic portion sizes
There are some nice recipes in this book but, as some others have picked up on, the portions of some of the recipes are ridiculously small. Well, anyone can write low calorie recipes if they serve tiny portions. 100g fish portions? Really?? That's about 40-50g less than in most recipes and indeed supermarkets (shelves and fish counter). 100g of fillet steak to serve 2 people? Yeah, ok. Reality is you would need something the recipes in this book. And some of the small portion sizes are needless as the resulting meal is between 100 and 150 calories. Not enough calories and probably not ideal for weight loss.

If you like Itsu then you need this book!
If, like me you are a big fan of Itsu, and enjoy eating their super tasty, super healthy food then this is definitely the book for you.Every recipe in the book is under 300 calories (you would never believe this) and under 30 minutes to make. Considering the recipes are all Asian inspired, the ingredients are straightforward and easy to get hold of in most major supermarkets. Virtually every recipe is illustrated with a photograph (always a bonus), and the instructions are clear and easy to follow.I've made lots of dishes already from the book, which is always a great sign, and have bought lots more copies of this book for friends and family. So, grab a copy of this book and make some super tasty dishes at home.

A low cal triumph!
I bought this to make up to £10 so I wouldn't have to pay postage! What a bargain. These recipes are just SO good! I have been to a Chinese supermarket to stock up with some of the ingredients, and have only done recipes from it for the past 3 days. The recipes for sauces made with tofu are a revelation! Even my OH is impressed! I never thought that I would be impressed by Japanese cuisine. How wrong I was!

fantastic recipe book
I love this cook book. I use it all the time, it is definitely aimed more at fish lovers as a large proportion of the recipes include fish. There is even a great sushi section. Only thing to bare in mind the recipes are 300 calories or less however the recipe will only be the fish and won't include what you put with it eg. rice, salad etc... With that said I still recommend this book as it has some lovely recipes and great food ideas. Plus everything is healthy.
