what is the difference between Deserticola and tubulosa

There are some substantial differences, but one of the main ones is that the deserticola is wild-harvested while the tubulosa is cultivated. I much prefer the deserticola.

Is dual extraction used?

Yes, it is extracted by both ethanol and water.

Based on centuries old historical and traditional texts, there are only two herbals that are known to increase length and girth from long-term use. They are mondia whitei and cistanche deserticola. I personally take both.

Is this prepared cistanche?

If you mean was the raw plant soaked in wine prior to extraction, it was not. This is a high potency 10:1 water extract.
