I'm surprise that I still have it in the refrigerator, since I haven't used it for a longer time. I bought it in July 2011, still taste fine. Delicate lychee-like flavor. Ingredients in the order as listed on the bottle - sugar, water, lychee juice from concentrate (10%), acidifier: citric acid, natural flavor, color: FD&C Red n40. No preservative.
